About bloody time!! I know you'll be great Paul, just do your OWN tribute and enjoy it, that way you will love it and so will the audience!

what a great night we had, sarah was brill the band excellent (60's & 70's music with a dash of 80's) & i really enjoyed myself & felt i did well, song list as follows

ONE DOWNSIDE the turnout, we invited loads including work collagues & friends from our area & only had about 50 people, that was gut wretching, we raised around £400 which from about 50 peeps is good i think, but that aside really enjoyed it & we are looking to go again with the band before xmas

Well done Paul and sarah, glad you took the plunge now eh, as for the 50 people, it's a starting point, the audiance will grow from now on

massive well done paul every pound you earn bro is a bonus to the charity. how you earn that pound giving your time and your love and courage in many cases, especially when you havent done that many, for you to get up on a stage to perform your tribute as best as you can and at all times respecting his memory hats of to you man i for one are mighty darn proud f you xx

Well done don't cover it Paul, as Dave said, every penny you got for the charity is a penny more than they had before!! As for the turnout, don't give it a second thought, its party time of year and the audiences are going to be up and down in numbers. Wish we could've been there to support you mate!!

thank you guys you know it means a lot, i know what you say is true every penny helps but can you credit it we had two people say they couldn't make it because x factor was on iv'e still got the bite marks on my lip, sorry & really disapointed but it looks like my mate i give the cam to didnt record me & sarah, he thought he did but musent have hit / moved the right buttons ive looked through the tape this morning & knowt, i try again later, all we have is the band which i did after i was finished, its a real shame as i wanted your comments and pointers to improve, but i may be going again in dec i will know in next couple of days, by the way sarah did a classical version of 'i who have nothing' it blow me away would have loved to share it with you's, but i will make her do it next one & i cam it

ps, just found out the band can't make it till jan, talk about disapointments coming in three's, never mind a few more weeks won't hurt & more practice in the kitchen for me
